Getting your product takes forever!

I ordered 2 large products. A stump bucket and a ballast box. After a month of waiting, I have the stump bucket but don't have the ballast box. They need to tell you upfront that they need to manufacture or it's not going to ship in a reasonable amount of time. Also, the stump bucket came to me with a bunch of scratches. I know I shouldn't care but if you buy something for 800+ I want to be the one that scratches it up!! I would say don't waste your time with this company.

Would not ship replacement for freight damaged item.

I ordered a 96" hydraulic snow plow on 12-16-2020 and rec'd notice the following day that it had shipped. It is scheduled to arrive on 12-28-2020, so I take 1/2 a day off to wait for the delivery truck. At 4:30, I called FedEx and asked what the latest the truck might arrive and I'm told it wouldn't be there today because they did not have my correct phone number. Titan gave them the incorrect phone number, so the delivery was going to be delayed until tomorrow. Now I needed to take more time off work to meet the truck the next day! It finally arrived on Tuesday 12-29-2020 but damaged. Apparently an 800# air compressor tipped over on top of the crate containing my plow assembly and crushed it. I took pictures inside the truck as well as on the ground where it was left in my driveway. I immediately called Titan to file the damage claim and find out how they wanted to handle the unfortunate situation. I was willing to keep the item, but wanted someone from Titan to look closely at the picture to see if they could locate any damage beyond the scratches. If it was just cosmetic damage, it's a snowplow, it's going to get banged up during use. If nothing mechanical was wrong, it could be painted. If they see anything that would cause concern, then it could be shipped back and a replacement sent. I was willing to work with them to get to a favorable resolution. I told the customer service representative this and she agreed to have someone in a technical department look at the pictures and contact me. I have her return email stating this. I waited until the next afternoon, 12-30-2020 and called them since I hadn't heard back from them. The woman on the phone told me that she sees on her screen that a replacement order had been issued and a shipment return request sent to FedEx to pick up the damaged blade. This was a surprise since I hadn't heard back from anyone, but thought maybe someone in tech had looked at the pictures and made a determination. That's fine, but it would have been nice to let me know since I had been waiting for their call. I asked when the replacement blade would be shipped out and she said it will get put into the shipping queue. I asked if it would be or could be expedited since it's a plow and I need it. I don't want anything more than to have it shipped out ASAP and she said they are busy and can't do anything more than slot it in when they have time. Not the answer I wanted, but hoped it would go out in a day or two.

Fast forward to Monday 1-4-2021 and I call to inquire about the tracking number for the replacement blade. The CS rep tells me it hasn't shipped yet. Really? I understand there was a holiday in there, but no ETA on when it would ship either. Not happy, but I figured I would give them another day to get it out. On 1-5-2021 I called at 3:30pm and spoke with a different CS rep. I inquire again and she tells me there is no ETA on shipping the replacement blade! WOW!

Now, I'm a very understanding person, but having to take 6 hours off work waiting for the delivery when they screwed up costs me money. Not having the plow last week when we received 8" of snow, cost me money when I had to have someone plow our 800' driveway.

No communication from Titan at all. I decided to cancel the order and buy a blade elsewhere. Now, to top all of this off, Titan scheduled the pickup of the damaged blade with FedEx for today 1-5-2021 between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Guess what, no pickup! It's still sitting here in my driveway when I got home tonight.

I was a repeat Titan customer and feel I gave them ample opportunity to resolve this situation, but it fell on deaf ears. I'm done and will shop elsewhere for my skid loader attachments.

Purchased super grapple for skid steer

Purchased super grapple for skid steer, Bobcat T590,
Will not function without replacement of the flat face hydraulic connector with right angle couplers and the odd hose end connectors.
They also over charge tax at 8%, mine should have been 3.5%.
They refuse to correct both problems.

Poor Customer Service

Ordered forks on 8/05, was notified that it had shipped out on 8/06...It's 8/20 and I still don't have it! The UPS tracking info shows that the label was created, but they never received the package for shipping. I called customer service and she blamed it on UPS and told me that I would have to do a replacement order. I asked when I could expect my order to be delivered and the response that I got was that she wasn't really sure because the warehouse is 3-5 days behind...(never-mind that I placed my order on 8/06) So, after I heard that I told her to cancel my order because this is ridiculous. With the lack of customer service and no one even noticing that my 100+ pound package never shipped I'm not even sure if this is a legit website.
Look at the BBB website before you consider ordering anything from this website! There are lots of poor customer service complaints...

Half built dusk harrow

Bought a disk harrow from them and half of it was built and no extra parts. I have half of a disk harrow built, what I'm I supposed to do with this??? Called and the lady was nice enough showed her pictures and told her that if it was half built AND they gave us the rest of the parts, we would have been ok with it, but no parts. So she orders the rest of them, so I thought. All the nuts I could want but no bolts. How I'm I supposed to built it with NO bolts. Call up customer service, again. The lady had an attuted this time, so she connects me with the parts people and he was nice, but he says they don't have any bolts and I would have to go get them myself. He did say that they had the upper and lower hub cap and he would try to ship those here. Im not holding my breath. If I had to do it all over again I would not buy anything ever.

Missing parts. Horrible customer service

Ordered a back blade that came missing the threaded pins. I have called 4 times over the last 2 months and still do not have the pins. The answer I get is "they are on order. Sorry, there is nothing we can do". I can order a new blade that has the pins, but they won't remove the pins and send them for a customer that paid $900 2 months ago.
And now, to top it off, I left a review on the PalletForks website, and imagine.... it did not get posted.

Missing Parts

Ordered a 1 Ton Gantry. The gantry arrived in about a week, but it was missing four critical components. I called them and they said they would make it right. Today I received one of the four missing components. Not sure what to do next, maybe I will plant this thing and put flowers on it cause without the missing components, this thing is a useless chunk of steel!

I just bought my first (mini) skid steer! I'm learning attachments can be crazy expensive.
Titan Attachments has all of the pieces I'm going to need but with better pricing than I've found everywhere else.
I tested them out by purchasing a bucket. The price was less than I was seeing for used buckets.
Thank you to Titan for showing shipping cost without making clients fill out tons of info first. I no longer shop with companies that do that to clients.
